We carry out “open homes” for prospective tenants to view the subject properties and via private appointments as well where requested.

Tenant selection is important and we spend the time to process each tenancy application conscientiously including making reference checks.

Once a property has been leased out, we ensure that your property is well maintained by the tenant. We will help you address any issues raised by the tenants to ensure that they are addressed quickly to the satisfaction of all parties. We also carry out periodic inspections and will provide you with a report (with photos) after each inspection. We also prepare detailed moving-in and moving-out condition reports so that the condition of your property is known at all times.
