We are very grateful to Jun Fan who has been managing our rental property in Ermington, Sydney over the last 2 years. As we now live in a regional area, we needed someone who was trustworthy and able to correspond promptly with us and to assist with our requests. We appreciate Jun’s professionalism and efficiency. She found us a good tenant, helped us to resolve issues from time to time with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Jun also has a good network of tradespersons for property maintenance and she always follows through each job in a very thorough manner and we haven’t had to worry about following things up ourselves. We highly recommend Jun’s services without any hesitation.
